The space is a compact, nifty, and fully furnished, about 30 m² sized studio that offers a peaceful environment for you to work on your projects and hold meetings. The workspace doubles as a photography studio, equipped with a backdrop and high-quality lighting, a spacious desk, cozy couch seating area, fridge, coffeemaker, and electric kettle. A perfect space for a small business or for filming auditions.

Located on Katajanokka in central Helsinki, the historic building that used to serve as facilities for the Finnish customs, is now the home of many small businesses and entrepreneurs. This old warehouse building is an inspiring place to work at. The floor features shared bathrooms.

The space can be rented flexibly. Ask for availability from 3 hours to a day, up to a whole week.
